  • CROSSFIT

    Our CrossFit classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels, whether you’re new to the sport and just want to give it a go or if you’re an athlete aiming to push yourself and compete. Programming is specifically designed to help improve technique, strength, conditioning and strategy. All classes include, a warm up, strength, technique breakdown and a workout to tie it all together

  • Open Gym/Weightlifting

    Open Gym allows time for athletes to work on skills and refine movements.

    Weightlifting is a program designed to improve lifting technique and increase barbell strength

  • WORSHIP & WOD

    We gather as Christians to worship and pray together, before a workout.

    Sessions usually held once a month on a Saturday at 4:15am

  • COMMUNITY SESSIONS

    Community sessions open to the public, to come and train for free.

    Purpose of our sessions will be shared on our social meda platforms
